 Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.

 Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

 Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.

• Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar.

Responsibilities :

•  A Shift Supervisor at a cafe is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the cafe during their designated shift. Their job description may include the following responsibilities:

•  Lead and supervise a team of cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and dishwashers.

•  Ensure that all employees are trained in company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

•  Ensure that the cafe is adequately staffed during their shift and that staff is scheduled in a manner that meets the needs of the business.
